ABOUT:

My goal is to provide quality, individualized care to each family that I am building a relationship with. I have experience with kids of all ages, birth to 21. I have worked in a variety of settings including clinics, schools, inclusion preschools, and hospitals. I welcome all challenges and if something that I am doing is not working for your child, I will creatively problem solve ways to engage and help your child reach his/her full potential. With a focus on value-based treatment and relationships, I strive to figure out what a child is intrinsically motivated by and use their motivation to help create positive results. 

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelors in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Mississippi

  • Masters in Speech Pathology from the University of Mississippi

CERTIFICATIONS:

  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence

  • LAMP certified 

  • PROMPT trained

  • SOS Approach to Feeding certified

  • Floortime Level 1

  • Praxis II in Speech-Language Pathology


WORK EXPERIENCE: 

  • Assistant Director of Pediatric Private Practice in Washington, DC

  • Clinical Supervisor

  • Lead SLP at inclusion preschool

  • Presenter at ASHA 2019, Orlando, FL
